  • October Circuit Barre One

    Equipment: Pilates Ball, Resistance bands, 2 or 3 lb weights, 2 towels or 2 paper plates (if on carpet)

    No equipment needed.

  • September Barre Cardio & Weights

    Equipment needed: Pilates ball, 2-3lb weights, resistant bands & yoga mat.

  • August Barre
